On Thursday, 21 November 2024, the doctoral procedure of Mr Christopher Schierl was completed. The final phase of the procedure began with his doctoral presentation on the topic "Structural Integrity of Large-Size Yield-Controlled Preloaded Bolting-Assemblies". After an excellent presentation and a convincing defence, he was awarded the highest grade with distinction.
